The matter was referred for mediation by a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 20/11/2014 and today when the matter came up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel on both sides that the disputes between the parties have been settled through mediation. The learned Mediator has produced before us the memorandum of agreement. The writ petition is disposed of as settled and the terms of settlement will form part of the judgment. Both parties will abide by the conditions in the agreement.
