JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.91 of 2017, dated 23.01.2017 .
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.30 p.m. Since the petitioner is working as an Engineer in Salem, he is not in a position to appear before the respondent police twice daily. Hence, sought for modification of the said condition.
3. Taking into consideration of the relationship between the parties and that the petitioner is also working in Salem, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.91 of 2017 dated 23.01.2017 by the Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
