JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that in last paragraph of the order dated 28.05.2010, in place of Section 366 IPC it has been wrongly transcribed as 3662.
The aforesaid section is being corrected as 366 by deleting last letter '2'. Let a fresh certified copy of this order be issued to learned counsel for the applicants on payment of usual charges.
