From the order of the Director of Education dated 21.7.2005, this Court finds that there were two objections qua the alleged appointment of the petitioner:-
(a) The District Inspector of Schools did not participate in the selection proceedings despite being the nominee of the Director of Education in the Selection Committee and
(b) The Committee of Management was not recognized as valid committee on the date it held the selections.
From the records it is clear that so far as the second objection is concern, there is no finding adverse to the conclusion so arrived nor material facts in respect to the recognition of the Committee of Management are on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file supplementary affidavit. Put up this case on 19.5.2010.
