Learned counsel for the petitioner made a prayer that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file representation before the respondent no. 2 District Magistrate, Azamgarh for redressal of his grievances.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a representation before the respondent no. 2 District Magistrate, Azamgarh.
In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the the respondent no. 2 expeditiously.
