JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents herein have willfully disobeyed the direction issued by this Court in Annexure A4 judgment delivered on 2.7.2013 in W.P.(C) No.3672 of 2012. 2. When the contempt case came up for hearing today, Sri.K.S.Anil, learned standing counsel appearing for the Kerala State Electricity Board submitted that the monetary benefits have already been disbursed to the petitioner. Sri.K.R.Ganesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not dispute the said submission.
In such circumstances, as the direction issued by this Court has been complied with though belatedly, I find no grounds to proceed further with the contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
