Muraleedhara Kurup vs State Of Kerala

High Court Of Kerala|23 June, 2014

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since Ext.P4 is pending consideration of the 3rd respondent, this writ petition may be disposed of directing the consideration thereof. The dispute relates to the seniority between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. Since Ext.P4 is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is only appropriate that the same is considered and final orders passed thereon, expeditiously.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation submitted by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the 6th respondent also.
