In this writ petition preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenge is made to the order dated 25th January 2012 passed by the learned Addl. District Judge, Morbi in Civil Misc. Appeal No. 15 of 2008.

During the course of hearing, learned advocate Shri Nirad D. Buch appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with a liberty to request the trial Court to expeditiously hear Regular Civil Suit No. 3 of 2008.

This writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. No opinion is expressed on merit of the matter by this Court.
