Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 16.11.2017 passed by this Court, wherein, the effect and operation of the order passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, Bijnor in the pending revision was stayed.
Grievance of the applicant is that pursuant thereof, necessary entries has not been made in the revenue record.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant has failed to point out wilful or deliberate disobedience of the writ court order by the opposite party no. 1.
In view thereof, contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to pursue the writ petition to its logical conclusion on merit.
