The present writ petition has been filed by four petitioners seeking to challenge the orders dated 23.1.2013 and 5.12.2014 passed by the respondent no.3 separately.
All four petitioners have joined in the present petition and stated that they are old age retired person. No explanation whatsoever has been furnished for laches in filing the present petition separately by each of the four petitioners.
Having noticed the said fact and the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file separate writ petitions for four petitioners explaining the laches in approaching this Court after a period of six years.
In view of the above, the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty as aforesaid.
