The grievance of the petitioners is that even though compensation was already determined, the amount was not released in view of the ‘Model Code of Conduct’ in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
Since it is represented that the amount claimed by the petitioners is already paid, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
