JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 23.11.2016 for registration of the final decree passed in O.S.No.136 of 2012.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has produced the final decree passed in O.S.No.136 of 2012 for registration before the respondent along with his representation dated 23.11.2016, the respondent, has neither considered the same nor registered the final decree.

3. Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on 23.11.2016 for the registration of the final decree passed in O.S.No.136 of 2012, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
