For Petitioner : Mr.M.Ravi For R1 : Mr.Era.Premnath, GA ORDER Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the 1st respondent. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2 The petitioner has filed the above writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2016.
3 The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2016 to cancel the UDR Patta issued in favour of the respondents 2 and 3, the 1st respondent has not passed any order so far.
4 Mr.Era.Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the 1st respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law after giving notice to the respondents 2 and 3.
5 In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law after giving notice to the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6 The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
