Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1 has been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel.
In view of the order proposed by this Court, notice on the private respondent no. 2 is dispensed with.
The petitioner has approached this Court with the limited prayer that his Mutation Case bearing No. T201904120202465 under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code (Munshi Lal Vs. Juggi Lal) is pending before the opposite party no. 1. It is submitted that large number of dates has been fixed but for the reasons beyond the control of the petitioner, the same has yet not been decided.
The learned Standing Counsel does not principally opposed the aforesaid.
considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and without entering into the merit, this Court is of the view that ends of justice can be served by directing the opposite party no. 1 to consider and decide the pending Mutation Case bearing No. T201904120202465 under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code (Munshi Lal Vs. Juggi Lal) most expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date an authenticated copy of this order is placed before the authority concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties except in exceptional circumstances.
With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
