This bail application has been filed by the applicant Munnu Yadav Alias Abhimanyu Yadav seeking his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.91 of 2018 under Sections 487, 380, 411, 504, 506 and 306 IPC, P.S. Karanda, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of the trial.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail application may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
