Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The grievance of the petitioner is that even though in the appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 207 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, status quo order dated 17.5.2018 has already been passed by the third respondent and the third respondent has also directed the concerned S.H.O. for maintaining the status quo order. In spite of the said order, the private respondent arrayed as respondent no. 7 to 15 are creating all sort of obstructions in the peaceful cultivatory possession of the petitioner on spot.
In the facts and circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the aforementioned order is still subsisting, in such situation, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Allahabad/third respondent has to ensure strict compliance of the said order.
