It appears from the papers that no person is ready to stand as surety of the present applicant. If any application is preferred by the present applicant before the District Magistrate, Rajkot and if any person shows willingness to remain as surety of the present applicant, then the District Magistrate, Rajkot will decide the said application in accordance with law and on its own merits.

With the above direction, this application stands disposed of.
