Heard Sri Abhay Kumar Srivastava for the petitioner , Standing Counsel for State and Sri Pramod Kumar Singh for respondents - 2 and 3.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Nagar Ayukta, Nagar Nigam Allahabad to ensure payment of family pension as well as other terminal dues relating to husband of the petitioner within a stipulated period.
It has been stated that Bendul, husband of the petitioner was Safai Karmchari in Nagar Nigam, Allahabad. He died in harness on 9.12.2017. The petitioner is entitled for terminal dues as well as family pension. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Nagar Aukta, Nagar Nigam Allahabad, respondent- 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
