Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri V.K.Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 29.5.2019 passed by this Court.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 29.5.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 4th line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 29.5.2019 Sections 498-A, 304B/34,313, 302/34 I.P.C. are deleted and in its place sections 498-A, 304B & 313 I.P.C.are substituted, but other section shall remain the same and the same shall now be read as such.
As prayed, two weeks further time from today is granted to the appellant to appear and apply for bail before the court concerned pursuant to order dated 29.5.2019 passed by this Court.
In case the appellant does not appear and apply for bail within the extended period, no further time shall be granted.
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
