Heard Sri Amit Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer that this Hon,ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the entire proceeding of bearing Case No. 1932 of 2004 (State v. Kameshwar Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 460 of 2004 related to N.C.R. No. 127 of 2004, U/s 325, 323, 504 I.P.C., P.S. Bhadohi, District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate 1st Bhadohi Gyanpur within a stipulated period of time granted by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have got themselves bailed out. The trial is pending and charges have been framed against the applicants.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, the court concerned is directed to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and conclude the same preferably within the period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order before the court concerned without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
