JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Prahlad Khare, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to inadvertence the writ petition has been filed although the second appeal ought to have been filed against the order impugned in this petition. He wants to withdraw the writ petition. The prayer made is allowed. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the orders enclosed along with the writ petition within a week after obtaining photostat copies of the same to be retained on record.
