Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
This writ petition has been filed by the Pradhan of Mauza- Ramgarh, Tappa-Sikandarpur, Pargana-Chillupar, Tehsil-Gola, District-Gorakhpur seeking directions for expeditious disposal of proceedings under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act instituted against respondents 3 to 6 for their unauthorized occupation of Gaon Sabha property.
The aforesaid proceedings are stated to be pending since the year 2009.
In view of the statement so made, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Tehsildar Gola, Tehsil-Gola, District Gorakhpur to consider and decide the proceedings under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act as expeditiously as possible and positively within a period of four months from the date of a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
