Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In pith and substance, the petitioners are asking that his representation/objection dated 17.03.2018 addressed to the Registrar, Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, may be decided expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such representation is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.
In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the Registrar, Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order but certainly after providing opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders.
