Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 and 3 to decide the application of the petitioner as early as possible.
From perusal of the record, it appears that a representation has been filed by the petitioner for correction of entries.
Under such circumstances, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to appropriate application under Section 32/38 read with Rule 36 of UP Revenue Code, 2006. In case such application is filed within 15 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority on its merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
No order as to costs.
