When the petitioner possession's over his Bhumidhari was being disturbed by the respondent no.4, the petitioner approached the Sub Divisional Officer Mugalsarai, District Chandauli. On this application, the Sub Divisional Officer also took cognizance on 19th November, 2018, itself.
Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that that under the Sravasti Mode Scheme, this application can be looked into by the Administrative Authorities.
Under such circumstances, it is directed that the Sub Divisional Officer may decide the application of petitioner dated 19th November, 2018 within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
