Heard Sri Dheeraj Kumar Singh, holding brief of Sri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 3.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent nos.2 and 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take necessary action against the private respondent no.4 to 7 for illegal interference on peaceful possession of the petitioner over plot no.267 Ba, area 0.150 hectare situated in village-Virauchi, Tehsil & District Kasganj.
The dispute raised in this writ petition is purely civil in nature. The petitioner may approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. In writ proceeding, such dispute cannot be resolved.
Under the circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
