Shri Pawan Kumar Mishra, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that the pension amount has been disbursed to the petitioner and part of the terminal dues remain unpaid. The petitioner has also been granted appointment on compassionate ground. He submits that the funds are likely to be available within a period of six months from today. The terminal benefits shall be released immediately upon availability of funds.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
With the consent of parties, the writ petition is being disposed of finally in terms of the submissions made on the basis of instructions by Shri Pawan Kumar Mishra, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Panjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
