The petitioners have preferred the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the judgement and order dated 13.03.2020 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), F.T.C., Gorakhpur in O.S. No. 516 of 2019 (Munni Devi & others vs. Santosh Kumar & others).
After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioners that he does not want to press the present petition, with liberty to file a civil revision against the impugned before the court below.
Prayer is allowed.
The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
