Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri D.P. Singh holding brief of Shri Brijesh Ojha on behalf of respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is to the effect that her husband late Dilip Kumar who was working as Sweeper in the Nagar Nigam, Allahabad and he died in harness on 29.03.2018. The petitioner has to look after his son who is of unsound mind. She has made an application for compassionate appointment as a Sweeper in the Nagar Nigam, Allahabad but the said application remained un- disposed of.
This writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the controversy, with a direction to the respondent no. 1 (Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Allahabad) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
