Grievance of the petitioner is that an application made by him under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation on 30.10.2017 is pending before respondent no. 3.
Considering the facts, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent 3, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Allahabad to consider and decide the application made by the petitioner for demarcation in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
