This petition alleges disobedience of an interim injunction issued by the trial court. Bearing in mind the contentious nature of issues which are raised, this Court comes to conclude that it would be more appropriate for the applicant to initiate proceedings referable to Order XXXIX Rule 2A, C.P.C.
