Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State - respondents.
The sole prayer made by the petitioner in the instant writ petition is for expeditious disposal of his Civil Suit No. RST/273/2017 (Computerized No. T 201705205501273) pending before the respondent no. 1.
To the said prayer, learned standing counsel has no objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the petitioner's Civil Suit No. RST/273/2017 (Computerized No. T 201705205501273), in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
