Heard Sri Shri Krishna Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2 and learned counsel for the respondents No.3 to 5.
Due to subsequent order being passed, which is shown to the Court, the representation of the petitioners having been rejected. No cause of action now survives in the writ petition. As such, learned counsel for the petitioners does not wish to press the writ petition and he may file a separate writ petition challenging the subsequent order.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
