Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following ground-
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra to decide the Appeal No.6/2011-12, Ram Ji Lal Vs. Atul Agrawal under Section 210 of Land Revenue Act pending in the Court of respondent no.1 within stipulated period as specified by this Hon'ble Court."
It is submitted that an appeal is pending consideration since the year 2011.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra to endeavour to decide the appeal of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before respondent no.1.
