Petitioner is permitted to correct the description of third respondent in the array of parties.
Though he is working since 1994 and his services are liable to be regularized by virtue of Government Order dated 13th August, 2015 as also the subsequent rules of the Uttar Pradesh Regularization of Persons Working on Daily Wages, or On Work Charge, or On Contract in Government Departments on Group-C and Group-D Posts (Outside the Purview of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission) Rules, 2016, yet his services have not been regularized.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the petitioner's grievance would be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to accord consideration to the petitioner's claim, noticed above, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, within a period of three months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him.
