No one is present on behalf of appellant to argue the case, however, the report dated 03.08.2019 from Senior Superintendent of Central Jail, Bareilly indicates that the appellant Munna Lal was languishing in jail has expired in K.G.M.U. Trauma Centre, Lucknow on 03.08.2019 as he was suffering from Medastinal Mass Cause Malignant.
In view of the death report of sole appellant, the appeal has lost efficacy. Accordingly, appeal stands abated.
The lower court record along with the order be transmitted to the concerned court for information and necessary compliance.
