By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court raising his grievance that Gata No. 1979 measuring area 0.1380 hect. situated in Village Basi Churara, Pagrana & Tehsil Mauranipur, District Jhansi is being encroached upon by respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4.
No order has been shown by which any such action is being taken in official capacity by respondent nos. 2 and 3. So far as the respondent no. 5 is concerned, if the respondent no. 5 is trying to encroach upon the land of the petitioner, the remedy available to the petitioner is either go to the police or file injunction suit for restraining respondents to interfere in possession of his land, if he has clear title in the record.
The writ petition has no merits and is accordingly dismissed.
