The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 17.03.2020 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 8847 of 2020, for deciding Application No. 49 of 2016, expeditiously.
Having gone through the record, I do not find that there is any wilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party in complying the order of this Court.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
