JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajesh Chandra,J.
Petitioner has admittedly obtain loan for commercial purpose. He has further admittedly committed default in repayment of the same. Recovery proceedings have been initiated in terms of agreement between the parties.
We are of the considered opinion that such proceedings are in accordance with law. No interfere under article 226 of the Constitution of India is warranted specifically when default in repayment of the loan is admitted.
The writ petition is dismissed.
