This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing District Magistrate, Allahabad to decide application of the petitioner, regarding grant of Firearm License, within stipulated period.
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing District Magistrate, Allahabad to decide application of the petitioner, regarding grant of Firearm License, as provided under Rule 13 of Arms Rules 2016. within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
