Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in case crime no. 2362/09 under sections 147,148,149,307,302 IPC, Case crime no. 2372/09 under sections 147,148,149,307 IPC and case crime no. 2433 of 2007 under sections 147,148,149,504,506,307 IPC shown in the gang-chart the applicant has already been enlarged on bail. He further submits that the applicant has falsely been implicated in the present case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I am of the view that it is a fit case of bail.
Let applicant Munna alias Imram be released on bail in case crime no.2598/09 under section 2/3 U.P.Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.
