This application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C with a request to quash the entire proceeding in Criminal Case No. 46177 of 2017 (State Vs. Munna alias Shakil and others) under Sections 323,325,504 and 506 I.P.C, Police Station Hariparvat, District Agra pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in Case Crime No. 0346 of 2017, in terms of compromise entered into between the parties in Criminal Case No. 46177 of 2017.
In view of request of both the learned counsels this application is disposed of with direction to the learned court below to get the compromise filed and be verified according to law and proceed to dispose of the criminal case in terms of compromise.
Till the verification of compromise and disposal of criminal case no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicants.
