ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo in the Court today seeking to withdraw Annexure-G from this proceeding. The same is accepted. Annexure-G is to be removed from this petition.
2. The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 25.8.2010, vide Annexure-E.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. The respondent no.3 is directed to consider the representation dated25.8.2010, vide Annexure-E and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
