Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Bearing in mind the fact that the suit in question is stated to be pending since 2012 and is at the stage of recordal of evidence of parties, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Sharki, Allahabad to endeavour to dispose of Suit No. 2828 of 2012 with expedition and preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
This order however is subject to the roster of the said Court and the pendency of earlier matters.
