Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the role of applicant is of exhortation only whereas, the role of firing at the deceased has been assigned to co-accused Rajneesh.
Learned A.G.A. opposed the application for bail. In view of the above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let applicant Muniram Jatav involved in case crime no.116 of 2010 under Sections 302, 323, 504 I.P.C. pertaining to Police Station Hastinapur, District Meerut be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
