1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the FIR being CR.No.II-3241/2012 registered with Odhav Police Station, Ahmedabad, on the grounds stated in the application.

2. Learned advocate Mr.Parthiv Bhatt, for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
