JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for the permission http://www.judis.onifc.itnhis Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order M.DURAISWAMY, J.
va/ah passed by the 2nd respondent before the concerned jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the concerned jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer, challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
