1. By way of filing this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction directing the respondents to refix and pay pension to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.11.2008 on the basis of his basic pay of Rs.24,060/- as specified in the order dated 11.08.2009 and pay arrears with 8% of interest.
2. Today, when the matter is called out, ld. AGP has placed on record order dated 10.05.2012, passed by Accounts Officer, Pension of Respondent No.2, vide which the pension of the petitioner has been revised. The same is taken on record.
3. Hence, the grievance of the petitioner no longer survives. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
