JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, who has filed caveat on behalf of respondent no. 3. Who states that he has received instructions on behalf of respondent nos. 4 to 16 and shall be filing his appearance on their behalf also.
In view of the statement so made notices are not being issued to the respondents.
Sri Vivek Kumar Singh prays and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. The petitioner will have two weeks thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.
List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Until further orders of this court, the parties shall not create third party interest in the property in question.
