Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was serving as a peon in U.P. Cooperative Bank Ltd., U.P., Lucknow, and his services were placed under suspension on 25.6.2010. Grievance of the petitioner is that till date disciplinary proceedings have not been concluded and 75% subsistence allowance is not being given, to which the petitioner became entitled on completion of six months after passing of order of suspension.

Issue notice to respondent nos.4 and 5, returnable in four weeks.
